World Equestrian Games

Got to go to the World Equestrian Games on Tues. There was team jumping and paradressage going but we opted to see the breed and event demos. The mounted games were amazing as always, those ponies fly. The highlight had to be the tent pegging done on Mariwari horses (only 12 in the states) their course is 100 m long and they have a time limit of 7.5 seconds to complete it. WOW! The gypsy vanners were beautiful as always as were the Irish Darughts. The Wells Fargo stage coach was awesome and Tom has many ideas. Got to watch the hunters and then the show jumpers, amazing how different they are. Overall had a blast and felt there was too little time to take it all in.
