Pete is a 17hh “Amish Warmblood” He is a 1998? Belgian/Standardbred cross. He is fresh off the farm so to speak. He was rescued from going to a killer auction by some lovely friends that ride sidesaddle, though unable to keep him themselves, they couldn’t bear to let this magnificent animal go that route. He was born and raised on an Amish farm and is adjusting pretty well to city life. He is broke to ride and drive and we are really looking forward to starting his training. He is a big beautiful boy that we hope will catch the hearts of others like he did ours. He is a bit big but is representing the medieval war horse.
